The customer service is better than any other company i have ever had to speak to with people that now the answers to any questions I had. The machine they made for me is really good quality and at a price that you can afford. I contacted other companies when I was looking and they where all priced higher with less items in the system. I don't normally write reviews but I am so happy with the purchase of this equipment and the after sales support that I had too. I bought this plasma table from Rob about 15 months ago in the hope of setting up a small business and small second income. I've had my table for over a year now and its been an excellent addition to my workshop. One of the biggest factors for me chosing this table was all the reports of excellent customer service. This proved itself the other day with a fault caused by a local power cut that I couldn't resolve even with the wealth of information provided.
